Serena Colizza is a senior student finishing her BFA in ceramics at Maine College of Art in Portland, Maine. She is currently looking into MAT programs for teaching after graduation in the spring.  Serena works in mid-range pottery and is working on her thesis show work.
    Currently her work is exploring the boundary between the conscious and unconscious state of mind.  Through this line between the two states of mind, she is focusing on memories that the conscious mind suppressed and the unconscious mind uncovers through dreams.
